1. Position: Project Coordination Intern

3. Job Description: The Project Coordination Internship program provides interns the opportunity to learn and practice the following knowledge and skills:

  • Coordinate language projects: planning, assigning work, guiding, supporting, and supervising the production team, monitoring progress, ensuring all projects comply with procedures and standards.
  • Analyze language project requirements (volume, deadline, specialty, language, difficulty, etc.) to devise resource management plans, timelines, and costs.
  • Receive and resolve customer feedback.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, glossaries, and tools.
  • Provide feedback on the quality and work attitude of the team.
  • Analyze risks, propose preventive and corrective solutions in case of incidents.
  • Manage time, work in teams, and independently.


Program Duration: 2 months

Start Time: From May 2024

4. Requirements:

Preferred for candidates with one of the following three elements:

  • o Knowledge of or experience in a localization company is an advantage.
  • o Proficient in CAT Tools/DTP Tools.
  • o Final year students.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing, knowing an additional language besides English is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Meticulous, careful, reliable, honest.
  • Flexible, agile, eager to learn.
  • Knows how to report and communicate, is not afraid to ask questions and knows how to pose them.
  • Good time and task management.
